In order to achieve the communication necessary, we put one of our leading plug-ins to work. We use Email to CRM to extract important data from the appointment confirmation email, and use that data to add/update records in Infusionsoft, run unique action sets depending on appointment criteria and last but not least – create an appointment in the appropriate users Infusionsoft calendar.
