(This post is part of a series – Email to CRM: Part 2)

After cruising a few forums and reaching out to Infusionsoft user groups, we discovered another popular scheduler called “Bookeo”. What’s great about Bookeo? Well first off, it’s FREE! Almost, at least their smallest plan is ;)

About Bookeo
Unlike TimeTrade, which focuses solely on scheduling appointments online, Bookeo handles appointments, tours and activities as well as courses and classes. In addition to the process of scheduling, Bookeo allows the business owner to also collect payments, deposits, gift vouchers and prepaid packages. It has a rich set of features making it highly customizable for any company. And as far as their market reach goes, Bookeo currently speaks 22 different languages! I have a feeling some day I’ll be writing a post about Infusionsoft and it’s global reach, language and currency compatibility.

Is Bookeo for You?
So many types of businesses are using Bookeo to get more bookings, collect the cash and grow their business. Here are just a few (okay maybe 27): guided tours, boat tours, helicopter tours, skydiving, rafting, whale watching, kayaking, scuba diving, surfing, yoga centers, dance classes, language schools, swimming lessons, music schools, art classes, computer courses, adult education, cooking classes, therapists, estheticians, hairdressers, spas, beauty salons, photographers, accountants, consultants and mobile services.

About Our Bookeo – Infusionsoft Integration
In order to achieve the communication necessary, we put one of our leading plug-ins to work. We use Email to CRM to extract important data from the appointment confirmation email, and use that data to add/update records in Infusionsoft, run unique action sets depending on appointment criteria and last but not least – create an appointment in the appropriate users Infusionsoft calendar. This is just phase 1. We will be working on including payment details and adding other features and functionality based on the feedback of our user base.

Watch It In Action:

If you have any questions about the integration, give us a call. If you’re ready to get started,
snag our Email to CRM plug-in here.

Happy Automation,

Jarrod

P.S. With Email to CRM, you’ll be able to not only integrate Bookeo with Infusionsoft, but also any other platform that has the ability to send a consistent email notification.

Des, the integration is based off of the confirmation email Bookeo sends the user confirming the booking. We use our plug-in to extract contact info, booking info, etc. and add that to Infusionsoft via the API. I know we ended up connecting on the phone, but thought it would be good to include the answer here for others who might have the same question.

Can you also integrate Bookeo with Hubspot?

      Joelle,
We currently only have this integration with Infusionsoft though Hubspot is on our radar. Would you like to be notified should the Hubspot integration occur?

    Hi there,

I am interested in your plugin to link Bookeo to infusion soft but the link is broken. Is it still available? If so where can I find it?

Hey Jake, we overlooked your comment but where you want to go is: https://parsey.com

Great! Thanks for that. Since the last message I signed up with Ontraport. Do you know of any way to link Bookeo with Ontraport? Something similar to the way Bookeo links to infusionsoft.

        Thanks,

Great information here. Another booking engine worth noting is BookMyCity. It offers business owners features like website integration, local exposure, calendar management, online payment processing, CRM, analytics, email campaigns, etc.
